Being a global business, we embrace and respect different cultures and backgrounds.  This is reflective of the needs of our customers and allows our business to evolve to be more agile and adaptable to different markets.

 

We are a values driven organisation, providing an inspiring and motivating place to work which challenges but also rewards.  Our monthly team meetings provide the opportunity to learn about what is going on across the business and to get together informally.

 

It’s not ‘all work and no play’ – we like to have fun too!  Our teams regularly get together socially and there are numerous occasions across the year to let our hair down including the Summer and Christmas parties, inter-team sporting activities, and charity initiatives.

 

To keep us focused on what our aims and objectives are for creating an inclusive working environment we have set up a range of initiatives:

 

  • Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Group – made up of representatives from our global offices, the Group generates and implements initiatives around diversity and inclusion internally and for our clients.  They produce a monthly newsletter containing thought leadership, articles and reports on diversity, equity and inclusion so that we can continue to develop our own ways of thinking.
  • MD Networking events – we host monthly breakfast and lunch meetings for our staff to promote relationship building and learning opportunities with our Global Managing Director community.
  • Women’s Network – The senior women in the Company have set up a female network group to support women throughout the organisation and share ideas
  • Global Mentor Program – we provide mentors across the business, typically a senior member of staff from a different team who can provide guidance, share their own experiences and learnings and can advise on how to navigate your own career.
  • Training – regular training for our employees on diversity, equity and inclusion including unconscious bias.
  • Charity Initiatives – we run an annual programme of activities and events to raise money or volunteer time for charitable causes.  These range from triathlons, company challenges, running, cycling events and office bake sales.
  • Intern and Work Experience programmes – we regularly take on interns and work experience students across our teams and office locations enabling them to learn key skills through real-time projects that will help them with both their studies and their future careers.
