Sheffield Haworth launches Interim Management practice

Sheffield Haworth, the global executive search and human capital research and advisory firm has appointed Jonathan Hawes to lead its Interim Management practice.

Jonathan Hawes joins as a Director in the newly formed Interim Management practice and is based in London. Jonathan previously worked for Penna PLC establishing and heading their Financial Services Interim practice. Prior to this, he spent a decade in the financial services practice of another global executive search firm, now Heidrick & Struggles. His early career was in derivatives broking. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Interim Management serves clients through periods of change, such as mergers or acquisitions, restructuring or regulatory shift and when specialist skills are needed to add technical expertise, grow new markets or products or to cover vacant executive roles for short to medium-term periods.
