Juliette joins Sheffield Haworth in London as part of the continuing expansion of the firm’s Global Equities search practice. Juliette will be responsible for the Equity Derivatives practice in Europe and the US, where she will be advising clients on their strategic hiring in the fields of Equity Derivatives, Fund Derivatives, Structured Funds and Systematic Strategies.

Juliette has over ten years’ experience in the equities search business and was most recently a Senior Partner at Hammond Partners where she built the firm’s equity derivatives franchise, conducting numerous managing director mandates in sales, structuring and trading. Juliette began her career in strategy consulting before moving into executive search. Juliette is a French national and holds a Masters in Economics and Financial Markets from Paris-Sorbonne University.

The Global Equities search practice at Sheffield Haworth comprises three core areas: cash equities, equity derivatives and prime services and now represents one of the strongest equities practices within the global search industry. The team consists of over fifteen specialist professionals operating from nine international offices.
