Sheffield Haworth Inc, New York is pleased to announce the recruitment of a highly experienced Private Wealth Management team.
Scott Coff will head the Private Wealth Management practice for the Americas and will be supported by Associate, Monica Vida. Scott and Monica will work closely with Kathy Tompkins who established and developed the North American Asset Management practice in 2005 and her co-Head of US Asset Management, Paige Scott. The US Private Wealth Management practice will complement the successful European and Middle Eastern Wealth Management practice established by Zoe Robson in London in 2004.
Before joining Sheffield Haworth, Scott built and led the Wealth Management practice at Rhodes Associates, focusing on senior level hires in North and South America. He has over 20 years’ experience of executive search in global capital markets, private banking and wealth management and worked previously at TMP Worldwide, Johnson Smith & Knisely. He covers both the domestic and international markets, with a particular emphasis in Latin America. Prior to his search career, he spent three years at Salomon Brothers in fixed income sales. He holds a B.S. in Finance/Economics from Baruch College. Monica Vida also joins from Rhodes Associates, where she completed numerous high-level searches including division heads, private bankers, financial advisors and team lift outs.
Both additions to the team in the US leverage strong client relationships into the region and outwards, creating a strong and recognisable Global Wealth & Asset Management brand.
Commenting on the recent hires, Tim Sheffield, founder and CEO of the group says: "Scott and Monica bring to Sheffield Haworth a unique set of skills and experience which enables us to create overnight a leading global practice. Our international Private Banking clients will benefit enormously from Scott’s many years of experience and I’m delighted that we have brought on board one of the leaders in this important sector of the financial services industry.”
